God has a Body

"The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man's; the Son also; but the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit" (D&C 130:22) Joseph Smith Jr.

"Comparing spiritual with temporal things, it must be that God knows something about temporal things, and has had a body and been on an earth, were it not so He would not know how to judge men righteously, according to the temptations and sin they have had to contend with." -Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses Vol. 4

God is Spirit

Jesus said,"God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." John 4:24

"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:" Col 2:8-10

All the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Christ’s body. That’s a new thought for LDS. Which is why I fear that we will hear Him say, “Depart from me, I never knew you.” Pres. Hinckley is right we worship a “different” Christ.

"In bearing testimony of Jesus Christ, President Hinckley spoke of those outside the Church who say Latter-day Saints 'do not believe in the traditional Christ. No, I don't. The traditional Christ of whom they speak is not the Christ of whom I speak. For the Christ of whom I speak has been revealed in this the Dispensation of the Fulness [sic] of Times'"(June 20, 1998, <http://www.desnews.com/cgi-bin/libstory_church?dn98&98062

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” 2 Cor 11:13-15
